Terms and Conditions for Tiffin Arca

    Welcome to Tiffin Arca ("we," "us," "our"). We understand that privacy is important to our users ("you," "your"), and we are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and share your information. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tiffin Arca Inc.'s platform, located at 1385 McKenzie Road, Abbotsford, BC V2S 7N6, Canada, operating exclusively within Canada.

    Platform Overview

    Tiffin Arca is a platform designed for tiffin providers and customers. Tiffin providers can sell meal plans, manage customers, subscriptions, invoices, logistics, and deliveries. Customers can purchase meal plans and manage their subscriptions through our platform.

    Data Collection

    For Tiffin Providers:

    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Company image
    • Licence
    • Operational radius
    • Address

    We use Stripe for processing additional information such as KYC, owner details, bank details for payouts, and payment reasons.

    For Customers:

    • Name
    • Email
    • Address
    • Phone number

    Stripe collects payment methods from customers for future payments.

    Technology

    Our platform uses various technologies to enhance user experience and provide secure services:

    • Google Analytics
    • EmailJS
    • Authentication methods: Google Auth, Facebook Auth, Apple Auth, and normal authentication via email/username and password
    • Cookies to store session data (no advertisement tracking)
    • Stripe for onboarding and checkout
    • Server technologies include Stripe, cookie management, nodemailer for emails, Twilio for SMS services, and Cloudinary for image storage

    Payment and Subscription Management

    Payments are held on our platform until delivery is confirmed daily. Funds are then transferred to Stripe, which processes payouts to tiffin providers every Monday following a one-week hold.

    There are no refunds available. Subscriptions renew automatically without credit accumulation for any undelivered meals.

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, payments to tiffin providers will be withheld until the dispute is resolved. Users can contact us via email for disputes related to account suspension or other issues.

    Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their posting on the platform. We will notify users of any changes through email.

    Subscription Cancellation

    Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. A cancellation at the end of the current subscription period will prevent the subscription from renewing, but the customer will continue to receive services until the end of the current period. Immediate termination is also available.
